Booji Boy's Basement has served as the go-too destination for DEVO rarities, live performancces, and demos since its initial launch in 2004. In 2018, an infamous Myspace server migratuion resulted in an approximate 50 million songs uploaded to the site being lost. In 2020, the Internet Archive was able to retrieve half a million of these songs, including a little ditty by a group called "Thick Dick & The Greenheads" called "Spirit of Devo." It's quite good, I must say. Listen to it below: --Sophia

In between Phases 1 & 2, this site was in a state of limbo, being either under construction or a completely different site altogether. When it finally returned, it wa less a strictly Devo fansite and more a general world news site with an energy dome motif, now known as "Spudland World Service." This would later be abbreviated to "SWS."
The site went down sometime between 2007 and 2009, at one point only showing links to a pro-Obama site. 2011 saw a shiny new WordPress-powered page, and 2012 saw a single new post. The site's domain has been up for grabs since 2015. --Sophia |
